Olga I. Castro is a senior attorney at The Scheer Immigration Law Group. Ms. Castro has successfully represented clients before the Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR) in applications for asylum, petitions for protections pursuant to the Convention Against Torture, applications for cancellation of removal and adjustment of status for certain nonpermanent and permanent residents.

Ms. Castro handles various petitions before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) including asylum, family-based petitions, and special immigrant child adjustments. Ms. Castro also represents clients in New Jersey family court in child custody matters related to Special Immigration Juvenile Status (SIJS).

Ms. Castro received her B.A. from University of Texas at Austin and her J.D. from Rutgers Law School in Newark. Upon graduating from law school, Ms. Castro was a law clerk to presiding criminal judge, the Honorable Ronald D. Wigler, P.J.Cr., in the Criminal Division of the Essex County Superior Court. She then worked at Goldman Sachs prior to joining the Allongo Law Firm in 2018.

Ms. Castro is fluent in Spanish. She is a member of the New Jersey State Bar and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
