New Jersey Immigration Lawyer Discusses the Differences Between a B Visitor Visa and a Visa Waiver
Often times as a New Jersey Immigration Lawyer, I have clients ask me about the differences between a B Visitor Waiver and a standard Visa Waiver. First, the visa waiver is a program that is taken advantage by 40 countries worldwide. The only downside of it, is that they only last 90 days. I advise clients as a New Jersey Immigration Lawyer that with a Visa Waiver, you have to travel to the U.S. Embassy in the United States to attain one. The big difference with the B Visitor and the Visa waiver is that with the B Visitor, you visit the U.S. Embassy in your home country to attain one.
